I love farmers markets! There’s something about supporting local small business
and people, and the general atmosphere that is very appealing and important. After a little wandering this morning, we found this awesome farmers market next to the marina.
They had all the traditional Puerto Vallarta souvenirs, as well as items with more local flair, and they completed the experience with a live band playing “La Bomba”.
Here, you could choose your favorite colors and have blankets woven by hand.
Or pick from the freshest produce and other food.

The best treat of this market were the burgers made out of blue corn. If I would have had money with me, I would have bought one for lunch. But, at least they were generous enough to let me try a sample!

Great Post.
Thank you!
I love farmers markets too. We have a couple around my area and it’s a great way to support local growers.
We love local markets! No better way to “travel like a local”! Blue corn burger, eh? Sounds intriguing! Was it actually blue?
